Terms and conditions
1) The offer applies only to the account number stated at the top of the email sent by Sporting Index and relates to any spread bets which are opened and closed out (either manually or upon settlement of the market) for the period stated in your My Promotions section of your Sporting Index account. Any spread bets closed out during the promotion period that were opened on a previous date do not qualify. Any spread bets made during the promotion period which are closed at a later date also do not qualify.
2) There is no minimum number of spread bets which have to be placed.
3) Any net loss you have made from spread bets opened and then closed in the promotion period will be refunded up to the maximum amount stated in your My Promotions section in your Sporting Index account. The net loss will be calculated at 11.59pm on the last day of the promotion.
4) Any refunds owed will be credited to your account within three working days.
5) Please be aware that you may lose more than the refund amount, the offer is only for losses up to your stated refund amount.
6) Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Sporting Index offer. Unless otherwise stated, clients reopening Sporting Index accounts do not qualify for the offer.
7) Sporting Index reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this offer at any time without notice.
8) Sporting Index reserves the right to withhold this offer when it has reasonable belief there has been co-operation, collusion or organisation of bets from the same source, or if it has reasonable belief that the offer is being abused in any way.
9) Sporting Index is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under the promotion.
10) No staff member (or any relation or partner thereof) of any spread betting or fixed odds bookmaking firm is eligible to take advantage of these offers.
